Meet Paul
Clinical Lead Physiotherapist
Paul graduated from Keele University in 2012 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. He later went on to complete a Master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy in 2015, alongside further training in multiple acupuncture techniques.
With over 12 years of diverse experience, Paul has worked across private clinics, the NHS, and stroke rehabilitation services. He currently serves as a First Contact Physiotherapist in several GP practices, where he uses his advanced assessment skills to manage both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
Paul takes a balanced approach to treatment, combining hands-on therapy with tailored exercise programmes. He strongly believes that effective rehabilitation extends beyond the clinic, and he’s passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their recovery and improve their long-term function and well-being.
Meet Josh
Musculoskeletal (MSK) Therapist
Sports Therapist
Josh graduated from the University of Derby in 2019 with a BSc in Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation. He is currently expanding his clinical expertise by studying for an MSc in Physiotherapy.
In addition to his academic background, Josh is a fully qualified and insured sports massage therapist with over five years of hands-on experience. His combination of qualifications and practical knowledge allows him to deliver highly effective treatment plans tailored to both performance enhancement and injury recovery.
With a strong foundation in sports performance and rehabilitation, Josh specialises in helping clients return to peak physical health through advanced soft tissue techniques and structured rehabilitation programmes.
Over the course of his career, he has worked with a wide range of clients — from professional sports teams and elite athletes to everyday individuals — making him well-equipped to support people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
Meet Hattie
Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Hattie graduated from Keele University in 2025 with an MSci in Physiotherapy. She has experience in musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries and neurological conditions.
She is the newest member of the Centrepoint therapy team, working at an advanced level of knowledge and skills. Hattie adopts a holistic approach to physiotherapy, considering the individual as a whole rather than focusing solely on their condition. She is committed to delivering personalised rehabilitation programmes that combine targeted exercise prescription with effective hands-on manual therapy.
She is currently working towards her level 3 British sign language qualification having previously completed levels 1 and 2 as she believes healthcare should be accessible to all.

Windsor
Musculoskeletal
Physiotherapist
Windsor is an experienced specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist who takes an honest, hands-on approach, combining tailored exercise programmes with clear education to help patients feel confident, supported, and in control of their recovery.
He completed his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Keele University in 2022 and has since worked within NHS adult MSK outpatient services. As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist, Windsor treats a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, supporting patients to reduce pain, restore movement, and return safely to work, daily activities, and sport.
Alongside his NHS role, Windsor has worked within private orthopaedic hospitals, delivering gait analysis, mobility and aids assessments, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. He also holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Sciences (2018) and a Diploma in Remedial Massage (2016), with experience working with professional sports clubs and active individuals across multiple sports, giving him a strong understanding of performance demands and return-to-play principles.
Outside of work, Windsor enjoys spending time with his family and children, playing basketball, and occasionally skateboarding to the clinic.
Meet Liz
Musculoskeletal
Physiotherapist
Liz graduated from Keele University in 2025 with an MSci in Physiotherapy. Alongside Centrepoint, she also works with Next Steps Neurological Physiotherapy, where she supports people living with a range of neurological conditions including brain injuries, stroke, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.
Liz has a strong interest in a hands-on approach to treatment and is passionate about combining evidence-based therapy alongside personal experience to achieve the greatest outcomes for her patients. Liz places great emphasis on patient education and tailored programmes to empower individuals to take an active role in their rehabilitation.
Outside of work, Liz captains a social netball team. She is also studying British Sign Language Level 1 and is working on publishing a research piece, reflecting her commitment to promoting accessibility and advancements within the healthcare sector.
Meet Sue
Specialist Occupational Therapist
Sue brings over 40 years of experience in Occupational Therapy, having worked across private practice, the NHS, and social care settings. She qualified with a BSc in Occupational Therapy in 1982 and went on to complete her MSc at Coventry University in 2007.
Throughout her career, Sue has developed expertise across a broad range of specialist areas, including wheelchair services, falls prevention, specialist equipment provision, home adaptations, moving and handling (including single-handed care), and comprehensive functional assessments to support care planning.
Sue is deeply committed to a patient-centred approach. She works closely with each individual, as well as their family and support network, to promote independence and help them achieve the best possible quality of life—both at home and within the wider community.
