Meet Paul

Clinical Lead Physiotherapist

Paul graduated from Keele University in 2012 with a BSc in Physiotherapy. He later went on to complete a Master’s degree in Advanced Physiotherapy in 2015, alongside further training in multiple acupuncture techniques.

With over 12 years of diverse experience, Paul has worked across private clinics, the NHS, and stroke rehabilitation services. He currently serves as a First Contact Physiotherapist in several GP practices, where he uses his advanced assessment skills to manage both acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions.

Paul takes a balanced approach to treatment, combining hands-on therapy with tailored exercise programmes. He strongly believes that effective rehabilitation extends beyond the clinic, and he’s passionate about empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to take control of their recovery and improve their long-term function and well-being.

Meet Josh

Sports Therapist

Josh graduated from the University of Derby in 2019 with a BSc in Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation. He is currently expanding his clinical expertise by studying for an MSc in Physiotherapy.

In addition to his academic background, Josh is a fully qualified and insured sports massage therapist with over five years of hands-on experience. His combination of qualifications and practical knowledge allows him to deliver highly effective treatment plans tailored to both performance enhancement and injury recovery.

With a strong foundation in sports performance and rehabilitation, Josh specialises in helping clients return to peak physical health through advanced soft tissue techniques and structured rehabilitation programmes.

Over the course of his career, he has worked with a wide range of clients β€” from professional sports teams and elite athletes to everyday individuals β€” making him well-equipped to support people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

Meet Sue

Specialist Occupational Therapist

Sue brings over 40 years of experience in Occupational Therapy, having worked across private practice, the NHS, and social care settings. She qualified with a BSc in Occupational Therapy in 1982 and went on to complete her MSc at Coventry University in 2007.

Throughout her career, Sue has developed expertise across a broad range of specialist areas, including wheelchair services, falls prevention, specialist equipment provision, home adaptations, moving and handling (including single-handed care), and comprehensive functional assessments to support care planning.

Sue is deeply committed to a patient-centred approach. She works closely with each individual, as well as their family and support network, to promote independence and help them achieve the best possible quality of lifeβ€”both at home and within the wider community.
